Delivery & Shipping Policy

While shipping your order we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number to inform you that your order has been dispatched. You can check the shipment status of your order with the tracking number and website we will share. Also, you can check your order status in your Grace Perfumes Account under the My Order section.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please select your preferred shipping destination for shipping options, delivery times, shipping costs and all other information. Please note the applicable shipping restrictions will depend on the shipping destination selected.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the UAE. All orders are shipped domestically from UAE.

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working days.

Currently, Grace Perfumes online store is only available for purchase and shipments in UAE.

We regret to inform you that if you wish to place an order in UAE and request delivery in other countries, we will not be able to process the request.

Due to strict International trading agreements and regulations, we are unable to ship the fragrance to other countries except for UAE. As of now, we can ship the goods only in UAE.
